Customer Guide
  • How do I find a particular, show, or attraction?
    From the main page, you can enter your travel dates and select theater shows, attractions, or hotels. This will show you availability for your selected date range for the show, attraction, or hotel of your choice.
  • How do I navigate the site?
    The site is designed to let you create your own vacation package. On the main page, choose the dates you wish to travel and the number of travelers. Then, select either View Theater Shows, View Attractions or View Lodging. From the listing you may choose any show, attraction, hotel. Click on the name of the show, attraction or hotel to get more details or click directly on the show time, ticket type, or room type that you'd like to order. Quick navigation tabs let you jump between theater shows, attractions, and lodging choices. At anytime you can change your travel dates on the top if you aren't finding the availablity you want. Make sure to hit the refresh button to reload the availability.

Your Account
  • How do I create an account?
    Go to the Customer Account page.
  • How do I edit my account information?
    Once you've created an account and logged in at the left, you can always visit the Your Account link. All of your personal information, including your password can be changed from this screen.
  • I forgot my password.
    Go to the Customer Account page and then enter your email address. You may then click on the link to send you your password. Shortly after you should receive your password by email.
  • Can I save packages to purchase later?
    Yes, at anytime you can save a package. Once you are ready to save a package, click Save Package on the left. If you are already logged in that's it. If not, you will need to log in or create an account. Don't worry, you won't need to enter credit card information until you actually place an order. Saving your package does not ensure that the tickets will be available when you return. If quanities are low you will want to purchase this package soon. Saved packages will be saved in our system for 60 days. To access a saved package, login and click on orders above. Saved packages will be listed by date.

Orders
  • I have not received my E-Tickets/vouchers.
    From the time the order was placed, mailed E-Tickets/vouchers take anywhere from five to seven days to arrive. If it has been more than seven days, please contact us. You can print E-Tickets/vouchers online by logging into your account and then going to orders. Once you select the order number found under Purchased Orders, you will be able to select E-Tickets/Vouchers to print.
  • When will I receive my tickets?
    We do not issue actual tickets. We use E-Tickets/vouchers. The E-Tickets/vouchers will be exchanged for tickets at the box office of your selected theater show or attraction. The benefit of using E-Tickets/vouchers is that you can always reprint them from the website if they are misplaced. Plus you may receive them instantly.
  • I've misplaced my E-Tickets/vouchers.
    No problem, you can print them again right from your computer. Simply login to your account and click on orders. Choose your order and you can reprint E-Tickets/vouchers, itineraries, maps, and receipts. Or, you can visit the contact page for our office location.
  • When I arrive, what do I need to get my tickets?
    Your E-Tickets/vouchers and itinerary are sufficient documents for presentation at each of your purchased theaters, attractions and hotels. Also, you may refer to the information on each of your E-Tickets/vouchers for any specific instructions. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR E-TICKET/VOUCHER AT EACH SHOW, ATTRACTION AND HOTEL.
  • What will a hotel need for me to check-in?
    Your E-Tickets/vouchers and itinerary are sufficient documents for presentation at each of your purchased theaters, attractions and hotels. Also, you may refer to the information on each of your E-Tickets/vouchers for any specific instructions. YOU MUST PRESENT YOUR E-TICKET/VOUCHER AT EACH SHOW, ATTRACTION AND HOTEL.
  • What if I forget to bring my E-Tickets/vouchers?
    We have made available to all travelers an internet ready computer in our offices allowing travelers to re-access their packages and also re-print their E-Tickets/vouchers once they have arrived. Visit the contact page for our office location.
  • How are seats assigned?
    Participating theaters of this site have committed to honoring best available seating at the time of booking for consumers. Once an order has been submitted and payment made, theaters immediately block the seats into the best available at that moment. Because you were able to purchase the tickets online, your seats are GUARANTEED. You will be advised of your actual seat assignment upon arrival at each theater. For special requests, use the Special Request field located on the Orders page of each item prior to placing into a Package.

Pricing & Billing
  • What are my payment choices?
    We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    As soon as you process your order, your tickets and/or room is guaranteed. Your credit card will be processed immediately upon purchase.
  • When will my credit appear on my account?
    If you have purchased cancellation/change waiver, your card will be credited back the amount of the cancelled items within 7 to 10 business days.
  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
    State sales tax will be added to your order once you add items to your package. Because you are purchasing tickets and/or rooms in this state to be consumed in this state, it is necessary for us to collect state sales tax no matter where you live.
  • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
    You can always print a copy of a receipt, E-Tickets/vouchers, intinerary, and maps by logging into your account and going to the orders page. Choose your order number under the Purchased Orders and you will have the option to re-print your needed paperwork.
  • What kind of processing fees are there?
    ReserveDirect, in cooperation with area theaters, attractions and hotels, adds a processing fee to all packaged items to cover costs incurred with the operation of the site. Most area vendors accomodate that fee with reduced pricing.
  • Do you charge a Voucher Fee?
    NO. We do not charge "Per Voucher Fees" or otherwise. The prices seen on the website are inclusive of the prices entered by the vendor and any fees charged by ReserveDirect and no additional "Per Voucher Fees" are applied during the check out process.

Cancellations/Changes
  • How do I cancel/change an order/item?
    When logged into your account, go to the orders page and select the order you wish to cancel, from here you will be able to cancel the whole order or select items. To make a change to your order that would not require an entire cancellation, please call 1-800-590-4410 for assistance. Be certain to make any changes or cancellations prior to the cancellation date to avoid any penalties.
  • What happens if an event is rained out?
    In the unlikely event that a theater show or attraction is cancelled, refunds will be handled based upon the actions of the theater or attraction. Typically a full refund will become available to you through the site. Some attractions may advise you that your E-Tickets/vouchers will be valid on a future date without the need for refund.
